We know there are a lot of questions about what the upcoming hemp regulations could mean for Happi. While there’s still uncertainty, we want to be as transparent as possible about what we know, how we’re planning, and what it means for your orders and subscriptions. In late 2025, a Federal Hemp Ban was signed to prohibit the sale of hemp-derived beverages. This was set to go into effect on November 12th, 2026 but was recently delayed until December 11th, 2026. Many states have their own timelines for enacting a hemp ban, including CA which went into effect in July, and other states will be coming up this fall ahead of the December Federal deadline.
Yes. Happi is still available to purchase in the states where we currently ship while inventory lasts, and while we’re legally able to sell and ship it.
We don’t have one final order cutoff date, since availability will depend on remaining inventory. We’ll continue accepting orders while products are available and we’re legally able to sell and ship Happi before December 11th, 2026.
Yes. If there are flavors you know you want on hand, we recommend ordering while they’re still available. Inventory will vary by flavor, and some may sell out sooner than others.
No, we don’t expect sold-out flavors to come back at this time. We don’t have additional production planned while we wait for more regulatory clarity. If the regulatory situation changes and gives us a clear path forward, we’ll reassess production.
No. Each flavor has a different amount of inventory remaining, so some may sell out sooner than others.
If the ban takes effect as written, we would no longer be able to sell our current hemp-derived THC products anywhere in the US, regardless of state laws.
What comes next for Happi is still unclear, and we want to be thoughtful about our next steps as we receive new information from regulators. We’ll keep you updated as we learn more.

SUBSCRIPTION HOLDERS
Yes. We’re reaching out directly to subscribers as inventory for subscription flavors gets low, so you have time to review or move up your next shipment.
Yes. Due to low inventory, we will no longer be filling subscription orders beyond early October. For products still in stock, you can buy directly from our site as a one-time purchase.
We will be notifying subscribers directly about our plans to pause subscription orders. All subscriptions will be paused (not cancelled) until regulations become clear.
