Happi Shipping Policy

 

We offer 2 shipping options: Standard & Expedited. We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS as our shipping carriers. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.

 

Standard (4-7 business days)
On average, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 business days. Orders are not fulfilled on weekends. If you have not received an email with tracking information 5 days after placing your order, please contact us at hello@happihourdrink.com.

 

Expedited (2 business days)
Need your Happi fix sooner rather than later? Get it in 2 days (not including weekends) with expedited shipping, available for orders with 6 or less 4-packs. Please allow 1 business day for order processing before orders will ship out. Extra fees apply.

 

We do not require a signature for Happi shipments. Shipping delays can happen from time to time due to weather or holidays. Please contact us at if you experience a delay.

 

Products containing CBD are subject to state-specific restrictions and may not be available for purchase or shipment to all U.S. states.

 

Returns, Refunds & Package Protection

 

Your Happi-ness is our top priority. We do our best to package every order with care so our products arrive ready to enjoy. Once your package leaves our warehouse, shipping and delivery are handled by the carrier. Occasionally, unexpected delays or issues can occur during transit. We offer package protection to cover these circumstances including lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. 

If you purchase the package protection plan, we will provide a replacement if the product arrives damaged or the order is lost by our shipping carrier. Please send proof of damage to hello@happihourdrink.com or use the form on the Contact Us page. Dented cans are safe to drink and do not qualify for a credit. Damaged cans will be replaced if 3 or more cans are visibly leaking. All credits are subject to approval from the Happi customer service team. 

If you have a subscription, damaged products will be replaced at 100% of the value.

For a delivery sent to the wrong address, please contact the carrier directly. 

If you have a subscription, you may modify or cancel it at any time unless the order has already been processed. Processed orders are not eligible for a refund. Please reach out to customer service with questions or for assistance at hello@happihourdrink.com.
