PINE DELIGHT
1 Happi Pineapple Dandelion
2 oz ginger ale
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
Garnish: mint leaves and lime wheel
Take a tall glass (highball glass preferred) and fill it with ice cubes. Pour ingredients over the ice in the prepared glass, stirring to combine. Garnish with mint leaves and a lime wheel.
