Happi G&T
1 Lemon Elderflower Happi
¼ cup fresh grapefruit juice
¼ cup simple syrup
Tonic water, to taste
Add Happi, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup to a glass filled with ice, stirring to combine. Top off with tonic water to taste, and garnish with lemon and grapefruit wheels.
