Pineapple Firecracker

1 Happi Pineapple Dandelion

1 oz jalapeno juice

1 oz lime juice

1.5 Tablespoon agave syrup

Rim: Tajin seasoning 

Garnish: pineapple wedges and jalapenos  

Rub a lime wedge around the rim of the glass then dip it into a plate of Tajin seasoning. Fill the glass with ice cubes. Pour ingredients over the ice in the prepared glass, stirring vigorously until the mixture is well chilled. Garnish with jalapenos and a pineapple wedge.
